There will be no guarantee with respect to the cost of any cash disbursements. Following the thirty day period, the current price will prevail. If prepayment is not made prior to the time of death, the estate will be responsible for the cost of selected services.

If the prevailing cost at the time of need of the prepaid funeral services and merchandise is more than the funds on deposit plus the accumulated interest, the difference will become the responsibility of The Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel, not the person who contracted for the prepaid funeral and related services.

If the prevailing cost at the time of need of the prepaid funeral services and merchandise is less than the funds on deposit plus the accumulated interest, the surplus of funds will be returned by The Humphrey Funeral Home - A.W. Miles Chapel to the Estate of the Beneficiary. back to the top
